sǣp was born from a simple curiosity to express and understand deeper, the small bits of vineyard we farm that we find compelling. We have to thank Abel and Emma from Ruggabellus for originally starting this project with us and for their continued encouragement to believe, to question and to respect that which nourishes us. We continue with the same guiding philosophy, a wine that enlightens our knowledge of the dirt and the place we farm.
